Your information

When you request a session through this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the type of training you're interested in, and any message you include.

That information is sent to Helga so she can reply to your request and schedule your session. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.

The form is delivered through an email service provider, which processes your submission only to deliver it. This site does not use advertising cookies.

To ask about or remove information you've sent, contact Helga on Instagram at @hellbyhelga.
